In July, the renowned Lexington-based brand saw an impressive 27.6% sales and 14% traffic increase over 2019, marking the 14th month in Fazoli’s historical double-digit month-over-month sales streak. In addition, the Fazoli’s Rewards program increased its unique guest visits by 11.9% from the previous month.

Fazoli’s rolled out its latest snack and shareable item – Fried Mozzarella Skewers – systemwide in late June. Following the launch, the brand saw an astounding average weekly incidence of more than 5% in July. Additionally, Fazoli’s 5 Under $5 promotion and family meal offerings continue to be significant sales and traffic contributors, with the two combined accounting for nearly 25% of the brand’s weekly incidence. To keep guests engaged with a fresh campaign, Fazoli’s evolves its 5 Under $5 lineup with delicious new offerings on a quarterly basis.

In addition to its commitment to culinary innovation, the brand’s focus on growing its rewards program with new and existing guests continues to drive sales and traffic. In July alone, the brand saw nearly 10,000 unique guests, a 12% increase over June. Keeping technology a priority, Fazoli’s new AI ordering system that is in test in select locations has led to faster, more accurate orders via carryout. The brand is planning to roll out its AI technology in the drive-thru in Q1 2022.
