NSW Fire and Rescue said no one was taken to hospital.
A ruptured natural gas pipe in the shop caused a delay in rescue efforts as crews had to wait for the power to be isolated, which took longer than expected because of a large number of disturbances around the city today created by storms.
As of 10pm, one truck remains on the scene, along with the fire investigator who is working to determine the cause of the blaze.
