Only Restaurant at a Park City Resort or Hotel to Receive Prestigious Designation
Park City, UT (RestaurantNews.com) The St. Regis Deer Valley’s signature restaurant, RIME, was named a 2023 Best Restaurant by Salt Lake Magazine in their March, 2023 issue. One of twelve recipients of the award, RIME is the only resort or hotel restaurant located in Park City. The St. Regis Deer Valley, one of the world’s most luxurious mountain resorts, is truly ski-in ski-out, with the only funicular at a North American ski resort, as well as Ski Valets, 24-hour Butler Service and arguably the most sought-after après in Park City.
RIME, the brainchild of local star Chef Matthew Harris in collaboration with the Resort’s Executive Chef Pierson Shields, serves traditional American cuisine in an elegantly rustic setting. Pristinely prepared fresh seafood and sustainably sourced prime cuts are paired with award-winning selections from the Resort’s 10,000 bottle Wine Vault. Fresh seafood is flown in daily from Nantucket, Maine and Hawaii.
