Sweden have just launched their newest, and smallest McDonald’s restaurant; the McHive, designed specifically for bees, one of the world’s most important customers.

For years now, the plight of the humble bee (or the humble bumblebee, if you will) has been well-documented, with people around the world doing their best to help save the flying, fuzzy critters.

With bee populations constantly decreasing, and the Earth relying heavily on them for future sustainability, the cause to save them has been ramping up at every turn. Now, Sweden has thrown their hat into the ring, drawing attention to the conservation of bees with the opening of a new restaurant of sorts.

As Hype Beast reports, Sweden have just opened the McHive, a small, bees-only restaurant that serves as a hive with the outer façade of a McDonald’s restaurant.
