Beloved chicken brand opens Monday, Aug. 28 at 102 Zoya Lane
Athens, GA (RestaurantNews.com) Saucy chicken chain Zaxby’s®, the premium quick-service restaurant, beloved for its Chicken Fingerz®, wings and legendary Zax Sauce®, is opening its second location in Pooler, Georgia, at 102 Zoya Lane. The new Zaxby’s is owned and operated by SSR Savannah, LLC, and will open for drive-thru and dine-in on Monday, August 28.
“We have always been dedicated to sharing the indescribably good taste of Zaxby’s chicken with our local community. As the owner and operator of seven locations in Georgia, including our second Zaxby’s in Pooler, we have remained committed to our mission,” said Scott Roberts, designated principal of SSR Savannah, LLC. “Without the unwavering support of all the patrons in the Pooler area, we would not have been able to build this brand-new store.”
Located off I-16 at Exit 155 (Pooler Parkway), the roughly 3,400-square-foot farmhouse-style restaurant, will feature an indoor dining area for up to 56 guests and a convenient drink station equipped with three self-serve Coca-Cola legacy machines. Guests will experience expedited to-go service with a double drive-thru layout and Zaxby’s new digital menu boards. The new location has two distinct drive-thru windows for payment and pick-up, along with a drive-thru delivery door to improve efficiency and ensure speedy service.
For even faster service, customers may also order ahead online via zaxbys.com as well as through the new Zaxby’s app available for download on Google Play and the App Store. Ordering delivery is available directly through the Zaxby’s app, as well as via DoorDash, UberEats and Grubhub.
Zaxby’s serves fresh, prepared-at-order Chicken Fingerz and wings tossed in a variety of bold and spicy sauces. The menu features the brand’s award-winning Signature Sandwich, the wildly popular Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries and Zaxby’s iconic Fried Pickles, which received USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Award in the Best Fast Food Sides category. Most recently, Zaxby’s added Funnel Cakes with powdered sugar and caramel dipping sauce to its offerings. The snackable, dunkable, delicious dessert is available at participating locations for a limited time only.
